Marcos, Devin, and Jesse did a great job with promptness, politeness, and communications on my same day water heater swap out. Even when they realized the new water heater wouldn't fit, they didn't push it off to the next day. They drove back to the shop, got a replacement, and worked through the night to get us running hot water around 10 p.m.
