Impressed with weekend call service
I had a Saturday afternoon plumbing issue. The customer service team was very nice and explained the process. They were able to set a same day appointment. I got a call letting me know the technician could be earlier than expected, and they asked if that was okay. Considering the circumstance, it was better than okay. Jared was the technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, made clear recommendations, and went over pricing. Once approved, Jared went right to work. He was able to correct the issue and kept the area clean. Paperwork and payment was smooth. I was really impressed and appreciated the level of work on a weekend call. I would recommend Jared and the Rooter Company.
