I am pleased that I saw "The Rooter Company" work vehicle on the way home a few days ago. I needed some plumbing assistance at home, so I Googled them and made an appointment. They sent over Technician Richie Ortiz. Very nice guy. I was very pleased at the prompt response and his knowledge of how to address my plumbing concerns. He did a great job of showing what needed to be done and why. After showing me the "why," he earned my trust to complete the job. I believe trusting the company to do what's needed and necessary puts the customer at ease. I felt at ease with the process and the workers. Drywall, stucco, and concrete work needed to be done. The team was thorough and cleaned up everything to my satisfaction. I am pleased. Again, Richie did a great job managing and being here throughout the job and keeping me informed.
