We had an emergency leak in our main water line at night this week, so I called The Rooter Company based on their excellent Yelp reviews and emergency services. They promptly answered the phone and immediately connected us to a technician, Ryan, to describe exactly what was going on. Ryan offered to come out immediately that night to help us since our water was turned off, but we decided to wait until the morning as it was so late in the evening. The very next morning, Ryan and Devin showed up on time as planned. Ryan accurately diagnosed the problem and gave us a couple of options on how we could proceed. We decided to do a temporary fix and would do a more permanent line replacement a bit later. Ryan and Devin worked quickly to get our water line working again. Then a few days later, Ryan, Chris, and Valentin came out to install our new water lines. Within a few hours, we had a completely new water line set up from the city water meter to the front of our house. The entire team was courteous, polite, and did an excellent, clean job. Ryan explained every single step of the process the entire way. His initial diagnosis was completely accurate and his execution of this project was seamless. He was there to answer any call or question we had from the very first time we made contact with him, no matter what time of day it was. We are so appreciative of Ryan and the whole team and will absolutely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs.
