I had a Saturday afternoon plumbing issue. The customer service team was very nice and explained the process. They were able to set a same day appointment. I got a call letting me know the technician could be earlier than expected, and they asked if that was okay. Considering the circumstance, it was better than okay. Jared was the technician. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, made clear recommendations, and went over pricing. Once approved, Jared went right to work. He was able to correct the issue and kept the area clean. Paperwork and payment was smooth. I was really impressed and appreciated the level of work on a weekend call. We had an unexpected event this Sunday, Memorial Weekend. The shower would not shut off. I contacted the rooter company, and within a few minutes, we had an appointment set up. We hit a snag due to it being really late, and they didn’t have the cartridge on hand. The water was shut off to the shower, and we were the next day's priority. Lukas was able to come in, replace the cartridge, and was done within the hour. They were quick to respond, took care when entering the house, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. Jason and The Rooter Company have really saved us on numerous occasions. We had a water heater replaced on the back house—and that had to be taken care of right away, and they did it right away. We've had problems with one of our upstairs bathrooms, and they got it taken care of. Latest is some damage to the kitchen island, and they had Ryan come out. He helped us check not only the island, but bathroom too and helped with great advice. They'll be back after we (sadly) have to replace the island and will install new faucets all around. Thank you to The Rooter Company for saving the day! Called them out for a sewer backup at 11 p.m. They arrived in less than an hour to help. Found multiple root intrusions in my sewer line. I was getting my sewer snaked every 8 months and continued to back up. They gave me a great deal to dig up the sewer main in front of the home and install a liner to the street.
